I expected a lot better for the price. The crib looked nicer online, but in person it feels cheaper than I thought it would, and a few of the parts didn’t line up right when we were putting it together. On top of that, I had to deal with repeated verification stuff, which got really annoying fast. For what I paid, it should feel sturdier and be way less of a hassle. Kind of regret ordering it from here.

I waited weeks for help with my warranty what was the point? I kept expecting some kind of real update or solution, but it never really happened. Isn’t warranty support supposed to actually help when something goes wrong?

The designs feel a bit dated to me. I expected something cleaner and more modern, but most pieces look bulky and plain. Just not my vibe.

I was disappointed with this. After about a week, the wood already started chipping and the screws were getting loose. Maybe I just got a bad one, or maybe the materials aren’t as sturdy as they should be, but it really didn’t feel like good quality to me.

So yeah, not a great experience. I ordered a crib and when it got here, one of the side rails was cracked. On top of that, the bag of screws wasn’t even in the box. I went through all the packaging again just to make sure I wasn’t missing it, but nope, it just wasn’t there. Trying to get it fixed has been slow and irritating. Baby stuff really shouldn’t show up damaged or with parts missing. I’m disappointed and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

I ordered this from storkcraft.com after looking around for a bit, and the actual product turned out fine. It arrived without any major issues, and once it was put together, it looked how I expected it to. I was trying to get it assembled on a weekday evening, which probably wasn’t the best timing, but that’s on me.

The instructions were just okay. Some steps were easy enough to follow, but then a few parts got confusing because the pictures were small and not labeled as clearly as they could’ve been. I ended up having to undo one section and redo it, which was annoying because I thought I was almost done at that point.
Overall, it wasn’t the worst setup I’ve ever dealt with, and the product itself is fine, but it definitely took longer than I expected. I think a clearer manual with better diagrams would make the whole process a lot smoother...

I usually don’t mind assembling stuff like this, especially on a weekend when I’ve got a podcast going and a cup of coffee nearby, but this one was a real headache. A couple of the screws stripped way too easily, and one of the bolts didn’t line up right, which made the whole assembly take longer than it should have. Maybe I’m just picky about this stuff, but I expected the quality to be better. It’s not terrible, but I wouldn’t say I was impressed...

I’m disappointed. It worked fine at first, but after just a few months it broke. I really expected it to last longer than THAT.

I ordered a dresser from storkcraft.com and overall it looks nice, but the size felt a bit smaller than what I had in mind. It still fits in the room okay, just not exactly how I pictured it. Shipping was fine, no real issues there. My only other annoyance was that some of the terms/details seemed to change or weren’t as clear as I expected, which was a little frustrating. Not a bad purchase, just not perfect.

I ordered from storkcraft.com thinking it would arrive fairly quickly, but the shipping ended up taking a lot longer than I had planned for. The tracking updates weren’t very helpful either, so I kept having to check on it myself. Once the item finally arrived, it was totally fine, so I don’t really have an issue with the product. But if I needed something by a specific date, I’d probably be hesitant to order from them again.

I reached out to storkcraft support a few times about a problem with my order, and it felt like my messages were going into a black hole. I got one automatic reply, then nothing for days, which was already annoying enough.

What made it worse was that I kept getting these pushy reminders and emails from them like everything was fine, even though nobody had bothered to help me. I don’t mind waiting a little, but being ignored while they keep sending aggressive follow-ups is really frustrating. Calling didn’t get me anywhere either, so I definitely wouldn’t order from them again...

Umm, it doesn’t feel very sturdy. It wobbles more than I expected, and I don’t feel totally safe using it.

I had a problem with one of the crib parts getting it replaced took way longer than it should have. The return process was confusing from the start, and what made it more frustrating was that the terms seemed to keep changing depending on who I talked to. They did respond, so I’ll give them that, but the answers weren’t very helpful and I still felt like I had to figure most of it out myself.

The delivery itself was okay, but the box showed up banged up on one side, which was disappointing. Thankfully, the parts inside were mostly fine, but there were a few small scuffs that probably could’ve been avoided with better packaging. It also arrived a bit later than the tracking originally said. It’s not a total disaster, but for the condition it came in, I do think some kind of compensation or partial refund would be fair

It looks fine but using it is kind of a pain. The drawer keeps getting stuck and it’s just sooo frustrating.
